Return & Refund Policy
Returns and exchanges can be accepted only for some jewelry ( like earrings, brooch pins and pendants ), within 14 days after the day of the delivery, only if the product wasn’t used, forcibly damaged and is shipped back with the original package and the delivery is paid by the customer. However, I offer no returns and exchanges for art figurines, art pendants and custom made art pieces. If the product got damaged or lost during the process of shipment, contact me ASAP at : voronetskatetyana@gmail.com.
